Delete your account inside the app

1. Open the ZAHI ABAYA app and sign in.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Account Control.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the notice and confirm your deletion request.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use the subject ZAHI ABAYA Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address or phone number linked to the account so we can verify ownership. Never send your password, verification code, or card details.

Data that will be deleted

• Your customer account and associated sign-in data.
• Name, email address, and phone number saved in the account.
• Saved billing and shipping addresses.
• Saved preferences, lists, and account-linked data.
• Marketing subscriptions associated with the account.
• Usage data or app identifiers directly linked to the account, where available to us.

Data we may legally retain

We may retain order records, invoices, payment confirmations, refunds, delivery records, accounting and tax records, or information required for fraud prevention and dispute resolution when required by law.

Processing time

We normally complete verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days. If more information or additional time is legally required, we will notify you by email.

Verification and result

We may request limited information to verify account ownership before deletion. After completion, the account and deleted data cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
